摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾愈疡汤联合竹圈盐灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2022年2月收治的80例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用健脾愈疡汤联合竹圈盐灸治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组腹泻、腹痛、脓血便以及黏液便积分评分降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-10水平升高,观察组高于对照组,TNF-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率97.5%高于对照组60.0%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾愈疡汤联合竹圈盐灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性溃疡性结肠炎,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of Jianpi Yuyang decoction combined with bamboo circle salt moxibustion in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach asthenia type.Methods:80 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis admitted from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Jianpi Yuyang decoction and bamboo circle salt moxibustion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,purulent stool and mucus stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-10 level increased in both groups,and in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The level of TNF-α decreased,and in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% higher than 60.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yuyang decoction combined with bamboo circle salt moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach asthenia type,and enhance the clinical efficacy.
