摘　　要：目的:探讨地塞米松结合电针治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法:以70例住院治疗的周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予地塞米松治疗,在此基础上,观察组再给予电针治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、痉挛发生率及不良事件。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组H-B评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组面肌痉挛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均没有出现不良事件。结论:地塞米松结合电针治疗急性周围性面瘫可改善面部神经功能,提高治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:70 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture for consecutive 7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence and safety of hemifacial spasm were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.26% higher than that of the control group 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the H-B score of the two groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hemifacial spasm in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Dexamethasone combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve the facial nerve function and the treatment effect.
