摘　　要：目的观察人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测、液基细胞学检测和DNA倍体分析对宫颈癌的筛查作用。方法纳入90例疑似宫颈癌患者,均行HPV检测、液基细胞学检测、DNA倍体分析,金标准为病理组织检查,所有检测操作由同一批工作人员完成,对比单一方式和联合方式诊断效能。结果金标准显示:疑似患者中,38例阳性,52例阴性。单一检测方式诊断效能对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合检测各项诊断效能较之于单一诊断方式更高(P<0.05)。结论不同检测方式联合应用,可准确筛查宫颈癌,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the screening effect of human papillomavirus(HPV),liquid based cytology and DNA ploidy analysis on cervical cancer.Methods 90 patients with suspected cervical cancer were included,all of whom underwent HPV detection,liquid-based cytology detection,and DNA ploidy analysis.The gold standard was histopathological examination.All detection operations were performed by the same group of staff,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined methods was compared.Results Gold standard:Of the suspected patients,38 were positive and 52 were negative.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic efficacy of single detection method(P>0.05),and the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection was higher than that of single diagnosis method(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of different detection methods can accurately screen for cervical cancer,which is of promotion value.
