联合测定肿瘤标志物应用于早期宫颈癌诊断临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期宫颈癌诊断中联合测定肿瘤标志物的应用价值。方法选取90例疑似宫颈癌患者,所有患者实施肿瘤标志物检查,将结果与病理检测结果进行对比,分析肿瘤标志物单一测定和联合测定的应用价值。结果经病理诊断,90例患者中早期宫颈癌阳性63例,阴性27例;糖类抗原125(CA125)检测准确率、敏感性、漏诊率、特异性、误诊率分别为84.44%、90.48%、9.52%、70.37%、29.63%;鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCA)检测分别为72.22%、73.02%、26.98%、70.37%、29.63%;CA125联合SCCA检测分别为96.67%、96.83%、3.17%、96.30%、3.70%;联合检测准确率、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值明显高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物联合检测在早期宫颈癌筛查中应用价值高,具有较高的准确率、特异性及敏感性。Objective To analyze the application value of combined determination of tumor markers in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer.Methods 90 patients with suspected cervical cancer were selected,and tumor markers were examined in all patients.The results were compared with the results of pathological detection,and the application value of single and combined detection of tumor markers was analyzed.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that 63 of the 90 patients were positive for early cervical cancer and 27 were negative.The accuracy,sensitivity,missed diagnosis,specificity and misdiagnosis rates of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)were 84.44%,90.48%,9.52%,70.37% and 29.63%,respectively.Squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)was 72.22%,73.02%,26.98%,70.37%,29.63%,respectively.The results of CA125 combined with SCCA were 96.67%,96.83%,3.17%,96.30% and 3.70%,respectively.The accuracy,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were significantly higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of tumor markers has high application value in early cervical cancer screening,with high accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.
