杨氏玉漱生津液对头颈部肿瘤放化疗后口干症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察杨氏玉漱生津液对头颈部肿瘤放化疗后口干症的疗效。方法选取因头颈部肿瘤放化疗后口干症患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组湿润口腔予0.9%氯化钠溶液,观察组予杨氏玉漱生津液湿润口腔。治疗4周后,比较两组主观口干感VAS评分、RTOG分级和唾液流率、咀嚼效率。结果观察组RTOG分级,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组唾液流率,咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏玉漱生津液可以缓解头颈部肿瘤放化疗引起的口干症,可改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Yang's Yushu Shengjin Liquid on xerostomia after chemoradiotherapy for head and neck tumors.Methods A total of 50 patients with xerostomia after chemoradiotherapy for head and neck tumors were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 0.9%sodium chloride solution given to the control group to wet the mouth and Yang's Yushu shengjin liquid to moisturizing the mouth in the observation group.After 4 weeks,the subjective dry mouth VAS score,RTOG grade,saliva flow rate,and chewing efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The RTOG grade and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the saliva flow rate and chewing efficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yang's Yushu shengjin liquid can alleviate xerostomia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy for head and neck tumors,and can improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
