摘　　要：党的二十大报告锚定了新时代新征程党的使命任务,强调要以党的政治建设统领党的建设各项工作。新时代背景下,不断加强党的政治建设既是高校坚持社会主义正确办学方向的政治保障,也是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的重要保证,更是维护高校意识形态安全的现实需要。思想政治教育作为新时代加强高校党的政治建设的重要手段,能够从主体方面强化干部的政治领导,从对象方面坚定师生的政治信仰,从内容方面提升组织的政治文化,从环境方面改善高校的政治生态。The report of the 20th Party Congress anchored the mission and tasks of the Party in the new era and new journey,emphasizing that the political construction of the Party should lead all the work of Party construction.In the background of the new era,constantly strengthening the political construction of the Party is not only a political guarantee for universities to adhere to the correct direction of socialism,but also an important guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education,and a practical need to maintain the ideological security of universities.As an important means to strengthen the political construction of the party in colleges and universities in the new era,ideological and political education can strengthen the political leadership of cadres from the main aspect,strengthen the political belief of teachers and students from the object aspect,improve the political culture of the organization from the content aspect and improve the political ecology of colleges and universities from the environment aspect.
