摘　　要：鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是我国头颈部高发的一种恶性肿瘤,确诊即为局部晚期的约占3/4,同步放化疗是局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗的基石,随着近年来局部晚期鼻咽癌(locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,LA-NPC)诱导化疗(induction chemotherapy,IC)临床试验阳性结果的增多,诱导化疗地位得到了国际上的普遍认可。为了使局部晚期鼻咽癌患者诱导化疗获益最大化,本文对相关的前瞻性临床试验成果与患者自身个体化因素相结合对局部晚期鼻咽癌的诱导化疗研究进展进行了综述。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a head and neck malignant tumor with high incidence in China.About three-quarters of patients are diagnosed as locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy is the cornerstone of the treatment of locally advanced NPC,and positive results have been found in the clinical trials of induction chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The status of induction chemotherapy has been widely recognized in the world.To maximize the benefit of induction chemotherapy,this article reviews the research progress in the induction chemotherapy of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma with individual patient factors based on guidelines recommendations.
