摘 要:集成式电液制动系统研发成功后需对其进行耐久性能测试,针对这一问题,基于CAN通信设计了一套集成式电液制动系统的四工位高低温耐久测试设备。加载机构用于模拟实车踩踏板过程,由小位移高速度的伺服直线电缸进行驱动;管路系统通过真空和正压等多重注油方式可以充分排出管路内部气泡,确保测试数据的可靠性;负载机构根据需求可以通过手动球阀在实车卡钳负载和钢瓶负载之间切换;数据采集与控制系统基于数据采集卡和工控机设计,可对电磁阀进行控制和监控以及传感器数据的实时采集,通过CAN通信向被测产品电子控制单元(ECU)发送对应的控制报文,可驱动产品进行常规制动和防抱死制动系统(ABS)等工况运行。多次测试结果表明,该耐久测试系统稳定可靠,各个工况测试时能快速按照控制报文进行升降压,液压曲线良好,满足汽车厂商对集成式电液制动系统的耐久测试需求。It is necessary to test its endurance after the integrated electro⁃hydraulic brake system is developed successfully.Therefore,a set of four⁃station high and low temperature endurance test equipment for integrated electro⁃hydraulic brake system is designed based on CAN communication.The loading mechanism is used to simulate the process of stepping on the pedal of a real car,driven by a servo linear electric cylinder with small displacement and high speed.The pipeline system can fully discharge the air bubbles inside the pipeline with multiple oiling methods such as vacuum oiling and positive pressure oiling to ensure the reliability of the test data.The loading mechanism can switch between the caliper load and cylinder load of a real car by manual ball valve according to the demand.The data acquisition and control system is designed based on the data acquisition card and industrial control computer,which can control and monitor the solenoid valve and collect the sensor data in real time,and send the corresponding control message to the electronic control unit(ECU)of the product under test by CAN communication,which can drive the product to operate under regular braking and anti⁃locked braking system(ABS)conditions.Multiple test results show that the endurance test system is stable and reliable,and it can quickly lift and lower the pressure according to the control message during each working condition test,and the hydraulic curve is good,which meets the endurance test requirements of the integrated electro⁃hydraulic brake system for the automobile manufacturers.
