摘　　要：目的 探析各类眼底疾病采取视网膜激光光凝治疗的效果。方法 本研究选取2018年9月至2022年9月行视网膜激光光凝治疗的各类眼底疾病患者247例(321眼),分析在治疗过程中的不良反应及其处理方法。结果 视网膜激光光凝治疗在各类眼底疾病治疗中具有较好的临床效果,不良反应较为少见且易于处理。结论 视网膜激光光凝是一种安全有效的治疗眼底疾病的方法。Objective To analyze the effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in various fundus diseases.Methods This study included the clinical effects of various fundus diseases 247 patients(321 eyes) patients underwent retinal laser photocoagulation from September 2018 and September 2022,and analyzed the adverse reactions and their treatment methods.Results Retinal laser photocoagulation has good clinical results in the treatment of various fundus diseases,while adverse reactions were rare and easy to handle.Conclusion Retinal laser photocoagulation is a safe and effective treatment for ocular fundus diseases.
