全程护理对微创胆囊切除术患者术后并发症的预防效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨全程护理对微创胆囊切除术患者术后并发症预防的效果。方法 选取2022年1~12月微创胆囊切除术患者70例,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组35例与试验组35例。对照组患者行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予全程护理。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、住院时间、患者依从性、并发症发生率及护理满意度等。结果 试验组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、护理满意度、患者依从性、住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 全程护理对微创胆囊切除术患者术后并发症预防的效果确切,可减轻患者的心理障碍,提高其依从性,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of whole-process nursing on the prevention of postoperative complications in patients undergoing minimally invasive cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing minimally invasive cholecystectomy from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group of 35 patients and a experimental group of 35 patients using a random number table method.The patients in the reference group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received full course nursing care based on the reference group.The scores of self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale before and after nursing,length of stay,patient compliance,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Anxiety self-assessment scale score,depression self-assessment scale score,nursing satisfaction,patient compliance,hospitalization time,and complication rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing has a definite effect on the prevention of postoperative complications in patients undergoing minimally invasive cholecystectomy,which can alleviate psychological disorders,improve compliance,reduce complications,and shorten hospital stay.
