整体护理干预应用于乳腺癌患者手术室护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨整体护理干预应用于乳腺癌患者手术室护理中的临床价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年2月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的乳腺癌患者70例的病历资料进行回顾性分析,均行手术治疗。实施常规手术室护理的35例作对照组,行手术室整体护理的35例作观察组,比较两组患者的手术基本情况、术后并发症、心理状态、护理满意度。结果 观察组拔管时间、住院时间、下床活动时间为(3.01±1.25)d、(7.19±1.95)d、(15.11±1.20)h,短于对照组的(4.13±1.32)d、(10.42±2.05)d、(24.25±1.36)h,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组皮下积液、肿胀、感染等总发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分降至(38.10±4.72)分、(26.72±4.46)分,低于对照组的(46.69±5.77)分、(32.46±4.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 开展整体护理干预可提升乳腺癌患者手术室护理质量,促进患者术后康复,降低并发症发生风险,保持良好心理状态,使其满意度得到提升。Objective To explore the clinical value of holistic nursing intervention in operating room nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods From January 2022 to February 2023,the medical records of 70 breast cancer patients in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,all patients underwent surgical treatment,35 cases of routine operating room nursing were used as the control group,and 35 cases of operating room holistic nursing were used as the observation group.The basic situation of operation,postoperative complications,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The extubation time,hospitalization time and ambulation time of the observation group were(3.01±1.25) d,(7.19±1.95) d and(15.11±1.20) h,which were shorter than(4.13±1.32) d,(10.42±2.05) d and(24.25±1.36) h of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of subcutaneous effusion,swelling and infection in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86% in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS in the observation group decreased to(38.10±4.72) points and(26.72±4.46) points,which were lower than(46.69±5.77) points and(32.46±4.47) points in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of operating room nursing for breast cancer patients,promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the risk of complications,maintain a good psychological state,and improve satisfaction.
