摘 要:进行了2个主钢件为T形蜂窝钢的部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁(PECCS-T梁)的静力单调弯矩加载试验研究,并将其与已有的部分包覆H形蜂窝钢-混凝土组合梁(PECCS梁)的试验研究结果进行对比,考察主钢件受压翼缘对组合梁受弯性能的影响,并研究用钢量相近情况下增大蜂窝式主钢件截面扩张比对PECCS-T梁受弯性能的影响。研究结果表明:PECCS-T梁的破坏模式与PECCS梁的破坏模式不同,表现为受拉钢翼缘屈服后受压区混凝土被压碎。组合梁中的受压钢翼缘能有效地约束混凝土,显著提高组合梁的抗弯承载力、变形能力和延性。PECCS-T梁按主钢件最大削弱截面计算得到的理论值Mu与试验值Mtest比较接近。增大T形主钢件的截面扩张比,能够有效提高PECCS-T梁的抗弯承载力,且保持变形能力不降低。Static monotonic bending moment loading test were conducted on two partially-encased composite steel-concrete beams with the main steel make up by T-shaped castellated steels(abbreviated as PECCS-T beam).The experimental results of PECCS-T beams were compared with partially-encased composite steel-concrete beams(abbreviated as PECCS beam)in the literature.The influence of compression flange main section steel on the bending performance of composite beams was analyzed,and the effect of increasing the sectional expansion ratio of the honeycomb main steel section on the bending performance of PECCS-T beams with similar steel consumption was studied.The results show that the damage mode of the PECCS-T beam differs from that of the PECCS beam in that the concrete is crushed in the compression zone after yielding of the tensioned steel flange.The composite beams’compressed steel flanges’ability to successfully restrict the concrete raises its flexural load capacities,deformation and ductility.Theoretical value Mu for PECCS-T beam based on maximum weakened section of main steel member is reasonably near to experimental value Mtest.The PECCS-T beams’flexural load capacity effectively increases with an increase in the T-shaped primary steel member’s sectional expansion ratio while maintaining its deformation capacity.
