摘 要:我国智慧城市建设逐步进入追求高质量发展的新时期,发展绿色循环产业已成为助力智慧城市践行环境友好、可持续发展理念的必然选择。在说明绿色循环产业对智慧城市发展的重要意义、阐述智慧城市背景下绿色循环产业主要特征的基础上,分析了绿色循环产业在产业规划、废物利用、产业链协同、监管治理等方面的数字化赋能需求,并提出了应用数字技术助力绿色循环产业高质量发展的实践路径。As Chinas smart city construction has gradually entered a new period of pursuing high-quality development,to develop the green recycling industry has become an inevitable choice to help smart cities to improve efficiency of resource utilization and practice the concept of environment-friendly and sustainable development.On the basis of explaining the importance of green recycling industry to the development of smart cities and elaborating the main characteristics of green recycling industry in the context of smart cities,this paper analyzes the digital empowerment needs of green recycling industry in aspects such as industrial planning,waste utilization,industrial chain coordination,as well as supervision and governance.It also puts forward a practical path for applying digital technologies to promote the high-quality development of green recycling industry.
