论朱熹的德育思想对当代高校德育的启示

摘  要:朱熹的德育思想主要包括:以培养圣贤为主要目的的德育目标,以教事与教理为德育内容,以“存天理,灭人欲”德育实现的途径,以知行合一、说服教育、循序渐进作为道德教育的基本原则,以立志、居敬、存养、省察、力行等方式的德育方法。朱熹的德育思想当中不乏一些已不符合现代社会的要求,但如单纯从道德教育的层面上来讲,其对当代高校的德育仍具有一定启示。当代高校思政工作者应当勇于借鉴朱熹德育思想中的精华来教育引导当代大学生,为社会主义现代化建设培养更多合格的建设者和接班人。Zhu Xi's thought of moral education mainly includes:to cultivate sages as the main purpose of the moral education goal,teach and teachings for the moral education content,to preserve the principles of heaven and eliminate human desires,and the approaches to realize the moral education,to unity,persuade education,step by step as the basic principles of moral education,to resolve,in worship,cultivation,reflection acting on moral education methods.Some of Zhu Xi's moral education ideas no longer meet the requirement of modern society,but if only from the perspective of moral education,it has some inspiration for contemporary university moral education.As a contemporary university ideological and political worker,we should learn from the essence of Zhu Xi's moral education thoughts to educate and guide contemporary college students and cultivate more qualified builders and successors for socialist modernization.
