摘　　要：目的:总结睡眠障碍性失眠相关指南的最佳证据,为护士倒班睡眠障碍性失眠人员提供诊疗干预意见。方法:系统检索临床实践指南网站、专业团体网站、中英文数据库的睡眠障碍性失眠相关循证指南,应用临床指南研究与评价系统(AGREEⅡ)对指南进行质量评价,遴选高质量指南进行推荐意见的提取、翻译及合并整理。结果:共检索出24篇相关文献,符合纳入标准的指南共5部,根据AGREEⅡ评价结果显示5部指南质量均较好,提取得到54条推荐意见。按照相应的原则将推荐意见合并,得到11条最佳证据;专家论证后认为合并整理后的意见可用于护士倒班睡眠障碍性失眠的诊疗。结论:总结护士倒班睡眠障碍性失眠诊疗相关证据,建议护士针对性应用证据,以利于早期发现、早期干预倒班睡眠障碍。Objective:To summarize the best evidence of relevant guidelines for sleep disorder insomnia,and provide diagnosis and treatment intervention opinions for nurses working on shifts with sleep disorder insomnia.Methods:The evidence-based guidelines related to sleep disorder insomnia were systematically retrieved from the clinical practice guide website,professional group website,and the domestic and foreign databases.AGREEⅡwas used to evaluate the quality of the guidelines,and high-quality guidelines were selected for extraction,translation,and consolidation of recommendations.Results:A total of 24 articles were retrived 5 guidelines were included,and according to the AGREEⅡevaluation results,5 guidelines had high quality,with 54 recommended opinions extracted.Merge recommendation opinions according to corresponding principles to obtain 11 best evidence;experts believed that the consolidated opinions could be used for the diagnosis and treatment of nurses working on shifts with sleep disorder insomnia.Conclusions:Summarize the evidence related to the diagnosis and treatment nurses working on shifts with sleep disorder insomnia,and suggest that nurses should apply the evidence in a targeted way to facilitate the early detection and early intervention of nurses working on shifts.
