摘 要:以扭转刚度和质量为研究目标,通过采用不同材料和合理优化结构尺寸的方法,提出了6种优化方案,应用ANSYS-Workbench有限元软件对双通道旋变发送机转子进行了轻量化设计。在满足强度要求的前提下,综合考虑了扭转刚度和质量,得到了双通道旋变发送机转子轻量化设计的最优方案,并通过实验验证了有限元模型的可靠性。Taking the torsional stiffness and mass as the research objectives,six optimization schemes were proposed by using different materials and optimizing the structure size reasonably,and the lightweight design of the dual speed resolver rotor was done by using the ANSYS-Workbench finite element software.On the premise of meeting the strength requirement,the optimal lightweight design scheme of the dual speed resolver rotor was obtained by comprehensively considering the torsional stiffness and mass.The reliability of the element model was verified by the experiment.
