摘 要:在永磁同步电机全速域无传感器控制中,不同转速范围通常采用不同控制算法,而确保不同控制算法之间的平滑切换是实现全速域稳定运行的前提。在零低速域和中高速域分别采用脉振高频电压注入法和扩展卡尔曼滤波法对转子速度和角度进行观测。为了实现两种算法之间的平滑切换,提出一种基于观测值方差加权融合的切换策略,与传统阈值切换策略对比,提高了永磁同步电机在全速域的稳定性和控制精度。仿真结果证明了该永磁同步电机全速域无传感器控制策略的可行性和有效性。In the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors in the full speed domain,different control algorithms are usually used for different speed ranges,and ensuring smooth switching between different control algorithms is a prerequisite for achieving stable operation in the full speed domain.High frequency voltage injection and extended Kalman filter were used to observe rotor velocity and angle in zero low speed domain and medium high speed domain respectively.In order to achieve smooth switching between the two algorithms,a switching strategy based on variance weighted fusion of observed values was proposed.Compared with the traditional threshold switching strategy,the stability and control accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the full speed domain were improved.The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the sensorless control strategy in the full speed domain of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
