摘 要:转矩波动是影响永磁直流力矩电动机输出力矩稳定性和精度的主要因素之一。分析了永磁直流力矩电动机转矩波动产生的机理,主要包括换向和电磁磁阻引起的转矩波动。针对该原因主要采用虚槽、增加换向片数等措施降低转矩波动,对改进样机进行实际测试分析,转矩波动系数指标改善。Torque ripple is one of the main factors affecting the stability and accuracy of output torque of permanent magnet DC torque motor.The mechanism of the torque ripple of the permanent magnet DC torque motor was analyzed,including the tooth groove torque ripple and electromagnetic torque ripple.In order to reduce the torque ripple under the electromagnetic torque ripple,measures such as virtual slots and increasing the number of commutation plates were adopted to reduce torque fluctuations.The actual test and analysis of the improved prototype showed that the torque ripple coefficient index was improved.
