摘　　要：在新时代全面脱贫和精准扶贫的大背景下,普通高校尤其是独立学院家庭经济困难生精准资助工作的效果,不仅对其经济上、心理上、思想上及个人发展等方面都有着较大的影响,同时对校园和社会的安全稳定工作也有着十分积极的作用。从精准资助育人的现状出发,对浙江省内几所独立学院的精准资助育人工作的情况展开调查,通过科学设计的问卷,对采集的数据和访谈的内容进行整理分析,找出独立学院资助工作中存在的问题,构建一种契合独立学院资助工作的新模式,推进“精准资助”这一发展性资助理念,使其在独立学院得到更好的体现和落实。In the context of comprehensive poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,the targeted funding for students with family financial difficulties in ordinary universities,especially independent colleges,not only has a great impact on their economic,psychological,ideological and personal development,but also plays a very positive role in ensuring the security and stability of the campus and society.Based on the investigation of the current situation of targeted funding for education in several independent colleges in Zhejiang Province as well as the scientific design of questionnaires,in this paper,the collected data and the content of interviews are sorted and analyzed to find out the existing problems and a new mode that fits the funding work in independent colleges is put forward,hoping the concept of targeted funding can be better reflected and implemented in independent colleges.
