肿瘤医院手术室低年资护士配合危急症手术真实体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究肿瘤医院手术室低年资护士配合危急症手术的真实体验,进一步提高低年资护士的危急症手术配合能力。方法:采用目的抽样法选取13名肿瘤医院手术室低年资护士,采用质性研究的现象学研究方法进行半结构深入访谈,应用Colaizzi的7步现象学分析法对原始资料进行整理分析,旨在总结肿瘤专科医院手术室低年资护士配合危急症手术的真实体验与认知。结果:提炼出5个主题,包括低年资护士配合危急症手术的理论知识局限、低年资护士配合危急症手术的实践技能水平低、低年资护士配合危急症手术的预见性护理思维欠缺、低年资护士配合危急症手术的沟通协调能力不足、低年资护士配合危急症手术的压力大。结论:肿瘤医院手术室低年资护士对于危急症手术配合能力稍显不足,有待提升,可通过培训、构建抢救管理系统等方法,帮助低年资护士沉着有序地应对危急症手术。Objective:To explore the real experience of the junior nurses cooperating with critical disease surgery in the opernating room of cancer hospital,so as to further improve the emergency coordination ability of the junior nurses.Meth-ods:A total of 13 junior nurses from openating room of cancer hospital were included by purposive sampling method.Qua-itative rescarch methods of phenomenological research were adopted and semi-structured in-depth interviews were con-ducted.Original data was analyzed by using Colaizi step 7 phenomenological analysis to summarize real experence and cognitive with critical disease sugery of junior nurses in operating room of cancer hospital.Results:Five topics were x-tnacted including theoretical knowledge of the imiations of critical disease surgery in junior nurses,low level of surgery practice skill with critical disease in junior nurses,lack of predictive nursing think ing with crical disease surgery in junior nurses,lack of communication and coordination ability with critical disease surgery in junior nurses,high level of operation environment pressure with critical disease in junior nurses.Conclusion:The capacity of coopenating with critical disease surgery in junior nurses of operating rooms in cancer hospital was insuffcient slighuly.It is necessary to establish teaching and training system,innovate teaching mode,build critical patients rescue management system,so as to help junior nurses to calmly and orderly cope with the critical openation,then improve the quality of cooperation,and ensure the life safety of patients in openation room.
