双高视域下高职教育顶岗实习学生教学与实践管理的研究

摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确指出“双高计划”的任务在于创建专业技术技能人才培养基地的同时,建立专业技术技能创新服务平台。本文通过对水利工程学院2021届和2022届顶岗实习学生、指导教师、部分企业和少数家长进行综合性调研,全方位、客观地分析了顶岗实习期间,在学生的教学和实践管理工作中存在的问题和薄弱环节。根据“双高计划”和《职业学校学生实习管理规定》的总体要求,结合本校学生在实习中的表现,本文对高职院校在顶岗实习期间加强学生的教学与实践管理提出建议。"The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform"clearly points out that the task of the"Double-high Plan"is to establish a professional technical skills training base and a professional technical skills innovation service platform.In this paper,through a comprehensive survey of the 2021 and 2022 in-post students,instructors,some enterprises and a few parents in the College of Hydraulic Engineering,a comprehensive and objective analysis of the problems and weak links in the teaching and practice management of students during the in-post practice.According to the general requirements of"Double-high Plan"and"Regulations on Student Practice Management in Vocational Schools",and combined with the performance of our students in practice,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the teaching and practice management of students in vocational colleges during the internship.
