摘　　要：目的:探究经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥离术围术期应用舒适干预对患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2022年6月-2023年2月入本院接受治疗的90例卵巢囊肿患者,采用随机数字表法分组,分别纳入对照组和观察组各45例,患者均行经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥离术,对照组围术期采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用舒适干预。对比两组干预前后血清黄体生成素(LH)、抑制素B(INHB)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),术后并发症发生率。结果:干预8周后,两组INHB、VAS、SAS和SDS较干预前均降低,LH、FSH和E_(2)水平较干预前均升高,且观察组VAS、SAS、SDS(0.78±0.12分、39.16±3.15分、39.57±3.26分)低于对照组(1.56±0.23分、58.15±3.28分、60.25±4.37分),性激素水平变化幅度大于对照组(均P<0.05);干预4周后,并发症总发生率观察组(6.7%)低于对照组(28.9%)(P<0.05)。结论:行经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥离术围术期应用舒适干预,可显著改善患者INHB和卵巢功能指标,降低疼痛和不良情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后恢复。Objective:To explore the efects of evidence based comfort intervention during perioperative period of tran-sumbilical single port laparoscopic ovarian cyst disction of patients on their postoperative recovery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ovarian cyst were selected and were divided in two groups(45 cases in each group)by randomized number table method from June 2022 to February 2023.The patients were all given transumbilical singl-port laparo-scopic ovarian cyst dissection The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention during perioperative period,and the Patients in the observation group were treated with evidence-based comfort intervention combined with routine nursing intervention during perioperative Period.The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),statin B(INHB),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and estradiol(E_(2)),and the scores of visual analog scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the patients before and after inter-vention were compared between the two groups.Results:The serum INHB level and the scores of VAS,SAS,and SDS of the patients in both groups after 8 weeks of intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention.while the LH,FSH,and Ee levels of the patients in both groups were significantly higher.The scores of VAS,SAS,SDS(0.78±0.12 points,39.16±3.15 points,and 39.57±3.26 points)of the patients in observation group after inter-vention were significantly lower than those(1.56±0.23 points,58.15±3.28 points,and 60.25±4.37 points)of the patients in the control group.The change degrees of the sex hormone levels of the patients in observation group after intervention were significantly more than those of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of(28.9%)of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based comfort intervention during perioperative period of transumbilical single port laparointervention,the total complication rate(6.7%)of the patients.in th
