摘　　要：目的:分析阴道B超与腹部B超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月长沙市第四医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者50例作为研究对象,所有患者入院后接受腹部B超和阴道B超检查。分析腹部B超及阴道B超对肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤和宫颈肌瘤的检出情况,以病理诊断结果为准,比较腹部B超、阴道B超诊断子宫肌瘤的灵敏度、特异度和准确度。结果:阴道B超对肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤、宫颈肌瘤的检出率均高于腹部B超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道B超诊断子宫肌瘤的灵敏度、准确度高于腹部B超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两种检查方式诊断子宫肌瘤的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道B超诊断子宫肌瘤的灵敏度和准确度高于腹部B超,可有效检出不同部位的子宫肌瘤,具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods:Fifty patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed and treated in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound examinations after admission.The detection of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound for intramural myoma,submucous myoma,subserous myoma and cervical myoma was analyzed,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids were compared based on the pathological diagnosis results.Results:The detection rates of vaginal B-ultrasound for intramural myoma,submucous myoma,subserous myoma and cervical myoma were higher than those of abdominal B-ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids were higher than those in abdominal B-ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the specificity of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids(P>0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy of vaginal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids are higher than that of abdominal B-ultrasound,which can effectively detect uterine fibroids in different parts and has high clinical value.
