米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选择94例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予小剂量米非司酮治疗,观察组给予小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果用药3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组性激素水平及肌瘤体积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗效果较好,且安全性高,利于调节患者性激素水平,缩小肌瘤体积,促进机体恢复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the eficacy of low-dose mifepristone combined with pregnrienone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fbroids.Methods A total of 94 patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given low-dose mifepristone treatment,and the observation group was given low-dose mifepristone combined with pregnrienone treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The sex hormone level and myoma volume in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose mifepristone combined with pregnrienone has good therapeutic effect and high safety,which is beneficial to regulating the level of sex hormones in patients,reducing the volume of fibroids and promoting body recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
