摘　　要：目的探讨悬吊式免气腹经脐单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取本院接收的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,试验组采用悬吊式免气腹经脐单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组的手术相关指标、并发症发生及术后恢复情况。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生并发症。结论悬吊式免气腹经脐单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性及可行性较高,术中出血量较少,术后疼痛轻、恢复快,且并未增加手术时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of single hole laparoscopic uterine fibroid via umbilical cord with suspended gasless abdomen in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroid received by our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transumbilical single port laparoscopic uterine fibroid removal,and the test group was treated with suspended gasless transumbilical single port laparoscopic uterine fibroid removal.The relevant indexes,complications and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The difference in surgical time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the NRS score was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);No complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion The single hole laparoscopic uterine fibroid removal via umbilical cord with suspended gasless abdomen is safe and feasible in the treatment of uterine fibroid,with less intraoperative bleeding,less postoperative pain,faster recovery,and no increase in operation time,which is worthy of clinical application.
