摘　　要：卵巢癌是仅次于宫颈癌和子宫癌的第三大常见妇科癌症,但却是三者中恶性程度之最。起源于卵巢的绒毛膜癌是一种罕见的具有滋养细胞分化的高度恶性肿瘤,可分为妊娠或非妊娠起源,可以是原发性肿瘤或从其他器官转移。在流行病学上,妊娠性比非妊娠性更常见,但非妊娠性预后更差,全世界的文献中仅报道了不过百来例卵巢非妊娠性绒毛膜癌(NGCO),该病临床症状非特异,临床可供研究的资料少,特别是基层医院经验不足,容易误诊,延误治疗,且NGCO预后较差,所以早期诊断和及时治疗极为重要。Ovarian cancer is the third most common gynaecological cancer after cervical and uterine cancers.It is,however,the most malignant of the three.Choriocarcinoma of ovarian origin is a rare highly malignant tumour with trophoblastic differentiation that can be of gestational or non-gestational origin and can be a primary tumour or metastatic from other organs.Epidemiologically,the gestational form is more common than the non-pregnant form,but the prognosis for the non-pregnant form is worse,with only a few hundred cases of non-pregnant choriocarcinoma of the ovary(NGCO)reported in the worldwide literature.The prognosis of NGCO is poor,so early diagnosis and timely treatment are extremely important.
