首发精神分裂症目标维持的关联性负变研究

摘　　要：目的探索首发精神分裂症患者的目标维持功能。方法纳入41例首发精神分裂症患者(研究组)和29名健康人(对照组),点阵模式预期(DPX)任务用来收集行为学数据包括AY、BX的错误率(E_(AY)、E_(BX))和对AY、BX的反应时(RT_(AY)、RT_(BX))以评估目标维持能力。在受试者执行任务的同一时间,通过对事件相关电位的测定来获取关联性负变(CNV)成分。结果研究组E_(BX)-AY高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组CNV B波幅较对照组降低(P<0.01),研究组CNV B-A波幅较对照组降低(P<0.01)。结论首发精神分裂症患者的目标维持功能受到损害。Objective To explore the maintenance ability in patients with first-episode schizophrenia(FES).Methods 41 FES patients(study group)and 29 healthy controls(control group)were studied.Behavioral data including error rates of AY and BX(E_(AY),E_(BX))and response times of AY and BX(RT_(AY),RT_(BX))were collected using Dot Pattern Expectancy(DPX)to assess the ability of goal maintenance.During the task,to measure event-related potentials by collecting EEG,so as to obtain contingent negative variation(CNV)components.Results The E_(BX)-AY in study group was greater than that in control group(P<0.01).The CNV B amplitude in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The CNV B-A amplitude in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Goal maintenance is impaired in patients with FES.
