摘　　要：目的了解护理人员对乳腺癌术前预康复的认知,为构建和实施科学、可行的乳腺癌术前预康复干预方案提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,于2022年7—8月采用目的抽样法从安徽省两所三甲医院乳腺外科抽取11名护理人员作为研究对象,通过半结构式访谈的形式收集资料,并采用Colaizzi七步法对访谈资料进行分析。结果从护理人员对乳腺癌术前预康复内涵的理解、乳腺癌术前预康复的干预主题、护理人员对乳腺癌术前预康复的态度、护理人员对乳腺癌术前预康复实施的建议等4个方面共提取出12个主题。结论护理人员缺乏乳腺癌术前预康复干预相关知识,对预康复干预的态度具有两面性,未来可基于证据生态系统理论,从乳腺癌患者的心理干预、运动锻炼、生活习惯改变等方面着手,结合乳腺癌的诊疗及患者的个体特征,制定和实施多学科、多模态的乳腺癌术前预康复干预方案。Objective To understand nurses'perceptions of prehabilitation of breast cancer,and to provide references for construction and implementation of scientific and feasible prehabilitation intervention scheme.Methods According to qualitative research design,semi-structured interviews were carried out from July to August 2022 among 11 nurses worked in breast surgery department from two tertiary hospitals in Anhui province.And Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was employed to analyze the data.Results Twelve themes were extracted from four aspects including nurses'perceptions of prehabilitation of breast cancer,intervention themes of prehabilitation of breast cancer,nurses'attitudes of prehabilitation of breast cancer,and nurses'advice of implementation of prehabilitation of breast cancer.Conclusions Nurses'knowledge of prehabilitation of breast cancer were limited.Their attitudes to prehabilitation were two-sided.In the future,it is necessary to construct and implement multidisciplinary and multi-modal prehabilitation intervention scheme among patients with breast cancer based on evidence ecosystem theory from the aspect of psychological intervention,exercise,lifestyle change and so on of the breast cancer patients.
