荆州市跨江融合发展路径研究

摘　　要：跨江融合发展是长江经济带国家重大战略下的次级发展战略,需要促进“一江两岸”融合发展、协同发展、一体发展。论文以荆州市为例,在阐释荆州市跨江融合发展战略意义的基础上,分析跨江发展的条件和面临的挑战,进一步从规划引领、交通先行、创新联动、保障措施等方面提出荆州市跨江融合发展的路径,以推动城市、两岸交通、产业、生态空间融合,从而打造长江中游重要的跨江发展节点城市和新时代两岸协同发展示范区。Cross-river integrated development is a secondary development strategy under the major national strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which needs to promote the coordinated development and integrated development of“one river and two sides”.Taking Jingzhou City as an example and on the basis of explaining the strategic significance of the cross-river integrated development of Jingzhou,the conditions and challenges of cross-river development were analyzed in this article,and the path of cross-river integrated development of Jingzhou was further put forward from the aspects of planning guidance,transportation first,innovation linkage,safeguard measures,etc.,so as to promote the integration of cities,cross-strait transportation,industry and ecological space,thus to build an important cross-river development node city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and a cross-strait coordinated development demonstration area in the new era.
