摘  要:细菌纤维素(bacterial cellulose,简称BC)是由木醋杆菌(Gluconacetobacter xylinus)生产的一种具有高纯度、高持水能力、高机械强度、高结晶度和弹性的生物聚合物.本研究以木醋杆菌为菌株,在静态条件下培养3d,Hestrin-Schramm(HS)培养基中气-液界面产生干重为0.188g/20 mL的BC薄膜;分别使用桔皮培养基、桔皮和HS混合培养基、HS培养基培养BC薄膜,用SEM、TEM进行表征,结果表明,采用不同培养基培养的BC的形貌结构不会发生变化.除此之外,本研究还发现采用桔皮、甘蔗皮、杂草等废料作为培养基均可以产生BC,虽在相同的时间内,其产量低于HS培养基的产量,但不会改变BC的形貌结构.采用废果皮制备BC生产的培养基,可以实现废弃果皮的再利用、降低BC的生产成本、提高BC的实用性,在大规模生产中具有潜在价值.Bacterial cellulose(BC)is a biopolymer with high purity,high water holding capacity,good mechanical strength,elasticity and high crystallinity produced by Acetobacter xylinus.In this study,Acetobacter xylosus was used as the strain.Under static conditions,BC films with dry weight were generated on the air-liquid interface of Hestrin-Schramm(HS)medium after 3 days of culture under static conditions using Gluconacetobacter xylinus as the strain.The BC films were cultured with orange peel medium,mixed orange peel and HS medium,and HS medium,and were characterized by SEM and TEM.The results show that the morphology and structure of BC cultured with different medium do not change.In addition,this study also found that the use of orange peels,sugarcane skins,weeds and other wastes as media could also produce BC,and its yield was lower than produced by the HS medium in the same duration,but it did not change the morphological structure of BC.Therefore,the use of waste peels to prepare BC production medium can realize the reuse of waste peels,reduce the production cost of BC,improve its practicality,and have potential value in large-scale production.
