摘 要:采用氢化物原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中的砷含量,运用测量不确定度评定的方法程序,分析不确定度来源,评定各不确定度分量,计算合成与扩展不确定度。结果表明,生活饮用水中砷含量为8.157μg·L^(-1),扩展不确定度为0.411μg·L^(-1)(k=2),其中标准溶液赋值与标准曲线拟合过程对标准不确定度贡献较大。水质检测机构应重视标准物质的采购与精密仪器的维护,做好标准物质与仪器的期间核查工作。The content of arsenic in drinking water was determined by hydride atomic fluorescence method.The source of uncertainty was analyzed,the components of uncertainty were evaluated,and the synthetic and extended uncertainties were calculated.The results show that when the arsenic content in drinking water is 8.157μg·L^(-1) and the extended uncertainty is 0.411μg·L^(-1)(k=2),the standard solution assignment and the standard curve fitting process contribute more to the standard uncertainty.Water quality testing institutions should pay attention to the procurement of standard substances and the maintenance of precision instruments,and do a good job in the period verification of standard substances and instruments.
