摘 要:目的:评定液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定生姜中噻虫嗪残留量的不确定度。方法:通过建立测量不确定度数学模型,对标准溶液配制、样品前期处理、样品称量、拟合标准曲线及样品重复性测量等不确定度的主要分量进行分析,评定检验检测过程中产生的不确定度。结果:当生姜中噻虫嗪-1的残留量测定结果为0.21 mg·kg^(-1)时,扩展不确定度为0.0188 mg·kg^(-1)(95%的置信区间下),噻虫嗪残留量可表示为(0.21±0.0188)mg·kg^(-1),k=2。结论:该评定方法可用于液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法测定生姜中噻虫嗪残留量的不确定评价。Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)for the determination of thiacloprid residues in ginger.Method:By establishing a mathematical model of measurement uncertainty,the main components of uncertainty such as standard solution configuration,sample pre-processing,sample weighing,fitting standard curve and sample repeatability measurement were analyzed to evaluate the uncertainty generated in the process of inspection and detection.Result:When the residual determination of thiacloprid in ginger was 0.21 mg·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty was 0.0188 mg·kg^(-1)(at 95%confidence interval),and the residual amount of thiacloprid can be expressed as(0.21±0.0188)mg·kg^(-1),k=2.Conclusion:This evaluation method can be used for the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of thiacloprid residues in ginger by liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.
