克拉霉素联合三联疗法短程治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎对患者胃肠功能的改善价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析克拉霉素联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎短程治疗的效果,探讨该联合疗法对胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年6月峡江县中医院内科收治的72例幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(n=36)采用三联疗法(奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮)短程治疗,观察组(n=36)采用克拉霉素联合三联疗法短程治疗,对比2组的治疗效果、不良反应、胃肠功能改善情况等。结果 治疗后,观察组炎症因子、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MOT)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,对照组为72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 克拉霉素联合三联疗法短程治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎,可有效降低血清炎症因子水平,改善胃肠功能,减少药物不良反应,提高幽门螺杆菌清除效果,有利于促进身体康复,具有推广价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of clarithromycin combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori’s infectious gastritis and to explore its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods A total of 72 patients with Helicobacter pylori admmitted to the Xiajiang County Hospital of TCMfrom June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical table method.The control group(n=36)received short-termtriple therapy(omeprazole,amoxicillin,furazolidone),while the observation group(n=36)received short-termtriple therapy combined with clarithromycin.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-8 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control grou(P<0.05)the levels of plasma motilin(MOT),serum somatostatin(SS)and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 91.67%in the observation group and 72.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with triple therapy for short course treatment of Helicobacter pylori infected gastritis can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in serum,improve gastrointestinal function,reduce adverse drug reactions,and improve the effect ofHelicobacter pylori clearance,it is helpful to promote physical rehabilitation and it has important research value.
