摘　　要：二甲双胍是2型糖尿病的一线治疗药物,目前也逐渐用于皮肤病的治疗,包括银屑病等。本文综述二甲双胍治疗银屑病的机制及临床研究进展,为皮肤科治疗银屑病尤其是银屑病合并代谢性疾病提供思路和方法。Metformin,the first-line treatment of type 2 diabetes,has been also increasingly used in the treatment of some skin diseases,such as psoriasis.This review summarizes therapeutic mechanisms of and clinical research progress in metformin in the treatment of psoriasis,aiming to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of psoriasis,especially psoriasis complicated by metabolic diseases.
