摘　　要：脑小血管病的发病机制尚不明确,目前无有效治疗方法。MRI是其重要的影像学诊断方法,本文对脑小血管病影像学标志物及其评分方法和标准进行详细阐述,探讨脑小血管病的诊断依据及分级方法,为疾病的诊断与治疗提供理论依据。The pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is not yet clear,and there is no effective treatment method at present.MRI is an important imaging in diagnosing.In this paper,the imaging markers and scoring methods and criteria of CSVD are elaborated,and the diagnosing and grading methods of CSVD are discussed,to provide theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
