摘　　要：本文通过中福公司英文档案翻译中的实例,从河南省档案馆馆藏英文档案概况、特点、翻译的基本原则、遇到的具体问题等方面探讨了英文档案翻译的实践和理论问题,对民国英文档案的整理与翻译工作提出了一些思考和认识。Based on the examples of English archives translation of Zhongfu company,this paper discusses practical and theoretical problems of English archives translation from general situation,characteristics,fundamental principles of translation as well as specific issues of English archives in Henan Provincial Archives,ending with some reflections and suggestions of the classification and translation of the English archives in the Republic of China.
