全面预算绩效管理视角下高职院校整体绩效评价指标体系探究

摘　　要：在全面预算绩效管理背景下,高职院校实施整体绩效管理是推进高职院校治理能力和教育治理体系现代化发展的重要抓手。从高职院校实施整体绩效管理的必要性及重要意义入手,结合A高职院校的实例对高职院校整体绩效评价指标体系的设置进行了初步的探讨,提出高职院校实施整体绩效评价的难点并提出相应的建议,以期为各高职院校提升整体支出绩效评价质量提供参考。In the context of overall budget performance management,the execution of overall performance management in higher vocational colleges is an important method to drive the modernization of governance capacity.Starting from the significance of executing overall performance management in higher vocational colleges,this paper preliminarily explores the setting of overall performance evaluation index system in higher vocational colleges by combining it with an instance of A Higher Vocational College and further proposes the difficulties during the execution of overall performance evaluation in higher vocational colleges puts forward corresponding suggestions so that higher vocational can improve overall performance quality can be improved.
