基于翻转课堂的排球专项课混合式教学模式构建与效果研究

摘　　要：信息化的快速发展带来高等教育教学的变革,打破时间、空间、地域限制的大规模在线教学改变了目前高等教育教学的基本形态,因此基于线下课堂教学模式构建的传统体育教学体系亟须改变。运用教学实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,依托SPOC平台,构建基于翻转课堂的排球专项课混合式教学模式,并与传统教学模式在学生身体素质、排球基本技术水平、体育锻炼态度和体育学习兴趣四个方面进行综合评价。研究发现:基于翻转课堂混合式教学模式能够对学生的排球技能的水平和锻炼态度有着积极的作用,同时学生对SPOC在线平台的评价也有较高的认可度,这说明基于翻转课堂的教学模式在普通高校排球专项课堂教学中的教学效果优于传统教学模式。The rapid development of information technology has brought about changes in higher education teaching.The large-scale online teaching that breaks the constraints of time,space,and geography has changed the basic form of current higher education teaching.Therefore,the traditional physical education teaching system based on the offline classroom teaching mode needs to be changed urgently.This study uses teaching experiments,questionnaires and mathematical statistics to construct a mixed teaching model for volleyball specialized courses based on the flipped classroom,relying on the SPOC platform.It also conducts a comprehensive evaluation on four aspects of students'physical fitness,volleyball basic technical level,physical exercise attitude,and physical education learning interest in combination with traditional teaching models.The study found that the mixed teaching model based on flipped classroom can have a positive effect on students'volleyball skills and exercise attitudes,and students also have a high degree of recognition of the SPOC online platform,which indicates that the teaching effect of the flipped classroom based teaching model in volleyball specialized classroom teaching in ordinary universities is better than the traditional teaching model.
