摘　　要：介绍了以精制甲基硅油为原料制备标准黏度液。目测试样外观、水分和机械杂质,测定了试样的酸度、酸值、水溶性酸碱以及试样在氧化后沉淀物的含量和酸值,分析了试样的黏温变化率、流动性,并对试样均匀性、稳定性进行考察。结果显示试样满足作为标准黏度液的要求。This paper introduces a standard liquid of viscosity prepared by refined methylsilicone oils as raw material.The acidity,acid value,water-soluble acidity and alkalinity of the sample,as well as the content of the precipitate and acid value of filtrate after oxidation were measured.The viscosity-temperature characteristics and fluidity of the sample were analyzed,and the homogeneity and stability of the sample were investigated.The results show that the sample meets the requirements as a standard liquid of viscosity.
