摘　　要：米库利奇(Mikulicz)病是一种罕见的免疫球蛋白G4相关疾病,于2010年正式命名。目前,我国对此疾病的研究尚在初期阶段。现报道我院收治的1例下颌下腺Mikulicz病并进行文献复习,对该病的定义、疾病特点、鉴别诊断及治疗与预后进行讨论,以期提高口腔医生对该病的认识。Mikulicz's disease is a rare immunoglobulin G4-related disease,which was officially named in 2010.At present,the research on this disease in China is still at the initial stage.This paper reports a case of Mikulicz disease of submandibular gland in our hospital and reviews the literature.The definition,disease characteristics,differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease are discussed in order to improve the stomatologists'understanding of the disease.
