Sm掺杂SrTiO_(3)陶瓷的高介电常数和超低介电损耗性能研究

摘  要:为了在SrTiO_(3)优异的性能基础上,在宽温度及频率范围内实现高介电常数与低介电损耗共存,文中采用固相合成法,通过在钛酸锶的A位掺杂三价稀土离子Sm制备了Sr_(1-3 x/2)Sm_(x)TiO_(3)(x分别为0.0050,0.0075,0.0100,0.0125)陶瓷材料,并对其相组成、微观结构和介电、存储性能进行了表征与分析。研究结果表明:经过N 2气氛对陶瓷样品进行退火处理后,所制备的Sr_(1-3 x/2)Sm_(x)TiO_(3)(SST)陶瓷样品均具有介电常数高且介电损耗较低,在较宽的范围内频率和温度稳定性优良的性能;在室温1 kHz下不同掺杂含量的陶瓷样品介电常数均在50000以上,介电损耗小于0.025;掺杂量为x=0.0100时,Sr_(0.985)Sm_(0.01)TiO_(3)陶瓷在低于10 kHz频率范围内同时得到大于60000较高的介电常数和小于0.025的低介电损耗,且拥有较大的弛豫激活能和电导激活能。In order for SrTiO_(3)to have both high dielectric permittivity and low dielectric loss within a wide range of temperature and frequency,the solid state synthesis method was used to prepare Sr_(1-3 x/2)Sm_(x)TiO_(3)(x=0.0050,0.0075,0.0100,0.0125)ceramic materials by doping trivalent rare earth ion Sm at the A site of strontium titanate.Their phase composition,microstructure,dielectric and storage properties were studied.The results show that after having been annealed in N 2 atmosphere,the Sr_(1-3 x/2)Sm_(x)TiO_(3)(SST)ceramic samples all have high dielectric permittivity and low dielectric loss,as well as excellent stability within a wide range of frequency and temperature.At room temperature and 1 kHz,the dielectric permittivity and the dielectric loss of ceramic samples with different doping contents are all above 50000 and below 0.025 respectively.When the content of Sm is x=0.01,Sr_(0.985)Sm_(0.01)TiO_(3)ceramic exhibits high dielectric permittivity over 60000 and low dielectric loss less than 0.025 at the frequencies below 10 kHz and has a large relaxation activation energy and conductivity activation energy.
