摘  要:天线在通信基站上是不可缺少的部件,功能是收发信号。根据频段和结构设计的需求不同,材料和工艺不一样,连接方式也不相同。介绍一种三维立体一体化塑料天线,材质是PPS+40%GF,工艺步骤依次为注塑成型、激光雕刻、选择性电镀,以形成立体线路。该天线的优点是线路一体化成型,能适应于较大的频率和带宽,在5G基站天线上得到应用。Antenna is an indispensable component of communication base station,and is used to transmit and receive signals.Materials and processes vary with the frequency band and structure design requirements,and the connection methods are also different,and the connection methods are also different.A three dimensional integrated plastic antenna made of PPS+40 %GF is described,the process steps include injection molding,laser engraving,and selective electroplating to form a three dimensional circuit.The advantage of this antenna is integrated line forming,which can adapt to large frequencies and bandwidths and is applied to 5G base station antennas.
