金融英语专业词汇翻译标准与策略新探——以Greenwash汉译为例

摘　　要：被翻译界奉为圭臬的“信达雅”三原则,是一种阶梯式、层次递进、有机统一的金融英语专业词汇翻译的最佳标准。从学术视角,运用金融学研究方法,借用与借鉴自然科学概念术语,是一种较优的有助于达成金融英语专业词汇翻译“信达雅”标准的新策略。以Greenwash汉译为例,验证了新策略在翻译金融英语专业词汇时的有效性。可以预期,新策略的普及,将有助于更多译者翻译金融英语专业词汇时达成“信达雅”最佳标准。The three principles of“faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance”,which are regarded as the best criteria by the translation circle,are the best standards in translating financial English specialized vocabulary,which are stepwise,progressive and organic.From the academic perspective,it is an excellent new strategy to use finance research methods to draw on the conceptual terms of natural science,which is helpful to achieve the standard of“faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance”in the translation of financial English specialized vocabulary.Taking the Chinese translation of greenwash as an example,the effectiveness of the new strategy in translating financial English specialized vocabulary is verified.It can be expected that the popularity of the new strategy will help more translators to reach the best standard of“faithfulness,expressiveness and elegance”when translating financial English specialized vocabulary.
