摘  要:《计量经济学》课程理论性较强,对学生前期学习基础要求较高,以传统的教学方式组织教学工作,学生学习体验较差,进入就业市场后很难做到学以致用。基于OBE理念对计量经济学课程进行改革,反向设计教学方案,提高学生自主学习意识和学习动力,能够更好地对接行业“地气”,增强职业发展“底气”。通过课程改革,传统“以教师为中心”的教学模式向“以学生为中心”靠拢,围绕需求端(行业、企业、学生等)的实际需要,在供给端(学校、教师等)进行调整改革,以OBE理念为主导构建计量经济学教学模式,提高学生课堂参与性和主动学习意识。Econometrics has a strong theoretical nature and a high requirement for students’preliminary learning foundation.However,traditional teaching methods are still used to organize teaching work,and students have a poor learning experience.It is difficult for the students to apply what they have learned after entering the job market.Based on the OBE concept,reforming the course of Econometrics and designing teaching plans in reverse to improve students’self-learning awareness and motivation can better connect with the“local atmosphere”of the industry and enhance the“confidence”of career development.Through the curriculum reform,the traditional“teacher-centered”teaching mode has moved closer to“students-centered”teaching mode.Focusing on the actual needs of the demand side(industry,enterprises,students,etc.),adjustments and reforms are made at the supply side(schools,teachers,etc.)to build the teaching mode of Econometrics with the guidance of the OBE concept,and improve students’classroom participation and active learning awareness.
