摘  要:该文采用GC-MS与GC-EAD相结合的方法,对绿翅绢野螟幼虫表皮挥发物主要组分以及迷仁跳小蜂对该虫幼虫表皮挥发物的电生理反应进行了分析。结果发现:绿翅绢野螟幼虫表皮挥发物主要有13种化合物,其中两种化合物a-蒎烯和十六烷具有显著的电生理活性。对于进一步研究具有引诱活性的绿翅绢野螟天敌——迷仁跳小蜂引诱剂提供了初步科学依据。In this paper,GC-MS and GC-EAD were used to analyze the main components of the epidermis volatiles of Diaphania angustalis larva and the electrophysiological reactions of Mirini ashmead to the epidermis volatiles of Diaphania angustalis larva.The results showed that there were mainly 13 compounds in the epidermis volatiles of Diaphania angustalis larva,and two of these compounds,a-pinene and hexadecane,possess significant electrophysiological activity.It provides a preliminary scientific basis for further studies of attractants with attractant activity to Mirini ashmead which is the natural enemy of Diaphania angustalis.
