摘 要:装备备件储供管理是综合反映装备产品质量和企业服务效果的有效途径之一,其本质是用于满足各类装备维修保障需求的物流活动,其全过程的管理就是对备件的采购、仓储、配置、供应等的控制,相应的管理策略就是针对以上各环节所设计的理论、方法。主要采取统计计量和文献分析的方法,在总结梳理装备维修备件储供涉及的需求预测、分类库存和配送供应3个阶段管理策略研究现状的基础上,讨论装备维修备件储供管理同前沿技术的融合发展趋势,并进一步提出“虚实共生式”“沉浸可视化”“功能集成型”“异地同步性”的管理展望,以期为装备备件储供管理策略的制定和实施提供理论参考和应用发展思路。The storage and supply management of equipment spare parts is one of the effective ways to comprehensively reflect the quality of equipment products and the effectiveness of enterprise services,which is essentially a logistics activity used to meet the support needs of equipment maintenance.The management of its whole process is to control the purchase,storage,configuration and supply of the spare parts,and the corresponding management strategy is the theory and method designed for the above links.The methods of statistical metrology and literature analysis are mainly used to summarize the current status of research on the management strategies of three stages,including demand forecasting,classified inventory and delivery supply involved in the storage and supply of spare parts for equipment maintenance,the development trend of integration of storage and supply management of spare parts for equipment maintenance with cutting-edge technologies is discussed,and the management prospects of"virtual-real symbiosis","immersive visualization","functional integration"and"remote synchronization"are further proposed to provide theoretical reference and application development ideas for the preparation and implementation of storage and supply management strategy of equipment spare parts.
