摘  要:目的 探究饮用咖啡与生物衰老加速的关系,以及这种关联是否因咖啡种类而不同。方法 利用英国生物银行(UK Biobank,UKB)基线调查数据,基于临床生化检测及人体测量学指标,采用Klemera Doubal method(KDM法)构建生物年龄(biological age,BA)及BA加速指标。采用多因素线性回归模型探究饮用咖啡与BA加速的关联。根据咖啡种类进行分层分析,探究饮用咖啡与BA加速的关联是否因咖啡种类而不同。结果 共纳入229 511名研究对象。与不饮咖啡相比,每天饮用咖啡>6杯BA加速显著降低(β=-1.12;95%CI:-1.25~-0.98),且存在线性趋势(P<0.001)。此外,研磨咖啡与无因咖啡的抗衰老效果较好。结论 饮用咖啡与BA加速呈现负关联,咖啡或能延缓生物衰老速度。Objective To explore the relationship between coffee consumption and accelerated biological aging,and to examine whether this association varies depending on the type of coffee.Methods Based on the baseline survey data of UK Biobank(UKB),based on clinical biochemical detection and anthropometric indexes,biological age(BA) and BA acceleration index were constructed by Klemera Doubal method(KDM method).Multivariate linear regression model was used to explore the relationship between coffee consumption and BA acceleration.According to the type of coffee,a hierarchical analysis was conducted to explore whether the correlation between coffee consumption and BA acceleration was different.Results A total of 229 511 subjects were included.Compared with not drinking coffee,the acceleration of drinking more than 6 cups of cof-fee per day decreased significantly(β=-1.12,95%CI:-1.25 to-0.98),and there was a linear trend(P<0.001).In addition,grinded coffee and caffeine coffee had better anti-aging effect.Conclusion There is a negative correlation between coffee consumption and BA acceleration,and coffee may delay the speed of biological aging.
