摘　　要：目的 了解新冠疫情全球大流行期间成都市中小学生闭校开学后创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)症状,探索家庭功能对中小学生PTSD症状的影响。方法 利用成都儿童正向成长队列(CPCD)2020年6月新冠疫情闭校开学后的调查数据,采用儿童事件行为影响量表(CRIES-13)和儿童家庭功能评定量表(C-FAI)测量PTSD和家庭功能,Pearson相关分析PTSD症状与家庭功能之间的相关性,二元logistic回归探索家庭功能对PTSD症状的影响。结果 PTSD流行率为12.3%(972/7 924)。家庭功能与PTSD症状呈正相关(r=0.178,P<0.05),其中互相关心和父母控制维度均是PTSD症状(OR=1.382,95%CI:1.191~1.602;OR=1.148,95%CI:1.073~1.228)的危险因素。结论 良好的家庭功能对中小学生新冠疫情创伤后应激具有保护作用,改善家庭功能可能降低新冠疫情对中小学生心理健康的负面影响。Objective To understand the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) of primary and middle school students in Chengdu during the global pandemic of COVID-19,and to explore the effect of family function on PTSD symptoms of primary and middle school students.Methods Using the survey data of Chengdu positive child development(CPCD) after school close due to COVID-19 in June 2020,PTSD and family function were measured by Chinese Family Assessment Instrument(C-FAI) and the Children's Revised Impact of Event Scale(CRIES-13).The correlation between PTSD symptoms and family function was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Binary logistic regression was used to explore the effect of family func-tion on PTSD symptoms.Results The prevalence rate of PTSD was 12.3%(972/7 924).Family function was positively correlated with PTSD symptoms,and mutual care and parental control were the risk factors of PTSD symptoms(OR=1.382,95%CI:1.191-1.602;OR=1.148,95%CI:1.073-1.228).Conclusion Good family function can protect primary and middle school students from post-traumatic stress caused by COVID-19 epidemic,and the improvement of family function may reduce the negative effect of COVID-19 epidemic on primary and middle school students' mental health.
