摘 要:针对连续退化型故障机理,本文提出了一个故障机理损伤累积模型,首先对系统的可靠性建模,然后在部件层考虑载荷的变化,最后在机理层引入损伤量的概念。通过该模型可以描述当载荷发生变化时,故障机理发展速率随之发生的变化。本文在故障机理损伤累积模型的基础上,提出了一套蒙特卡洛仿真和故障物理相结合的方法预估系统的可靠性,在案例阶段,先对一个稳压器系统构建故障树和二元决策图,然后通过仿真得到稳压系统的可靠性曲线。In this paper,a failure mechanism cumulativ e model for the continuous degradation failure mechanism was proposed.Firstly,the reliability of the system was modeled,and then the load was considered in the component layer,finally,the concept of damage was introduced in the mechanism layer.The model can describe the change of the development rate of the failure mechanism when the load changes.Based on the failure mechanism cumulative model,a combined Monte-Carlo simulation and physics of failure method was proposed to evaluate the reliability of the system.In the case part,the failure tree and binary decision diagram for a voltage stabilizing system was constructed,and then obtain the reliability curve of the system through simulation.
