卓越绩效模式下A高校内部标杆的最佳实践研究

摘　　要：本研究应用卓越绩效模式对A高校内部标杆的最佳实践进行案例分析,首先依据卓越绩效评价准则充分识别和确定A高校的关键过程,通过对比关键过程中五个关键绩效指标数据,确定城市轨道交通与信息工程系为A高校的内部标杆;其次,通过访谈、观察等定性研究方法总结归纳内部标杆的最佳实践;最后通过反思最佳实践的形成过程,发现最佳实践同样是卓越绩效模式的应用结果。由此说明卓越绩效模式不仅适用于组织,对组织中的部门同样适用。This research applies the performance excellence model to study the best practices of the inter-nal benchmarking of College A.First,the key processes of College A are fully identified and determined according to the performance excellence evaluation criteria.By comparing the data of five key performance indicators in the key processes,the technical college Department of urban rail transit and information engi-neering are determined as the internal benchmarking of College A.Secondly,the best practices of internal benchmarking are summarized through qualitative research methods such as interview and observation.Fi-nally,by reflecting on the formation process of the best practice,it is found that the best practice is also the application result of the performance excellence model.This shows that the performance excellence model is not only applicable to the organization,but also applicable to the departments in the organization.
